Introducing The Scholarship Junkies Network
Scholarship Junkies founder, Sam Lim, will be blogging throughout this year about the latest developments with Scholarship Junkies and about his scholarship presentation trips. Follow his travels here and find out about new initiatives currently being developed to make Scholarship Junkies more accessible and more relevant to students searching and applying for scholarships.

It’s here. Finally.
After over two years of talking about and drawing out what a “Scholarship Junkies Network” would look like, ScholarshipJunkies.com finally has the Google Map page on the website that includes markers with locations of Scholarship Junkies around the country.
So far, I have only added a few Scholarship Junkies with whom I have worked over the past two years. I would like to see this map grow to include many more Scholarship Junkies though, so if you are a Scholarship Junkie who has had scholarship success and are willing to offer your guidance to students who could use your expertise, send me an email at sam@scholarshipjunkies.com.
Please be sure to include your full name (won’t be published online), your year in school, your college or university, scholarships that you have won, and a brief blurb about yourself. Try and make that last part interesting too.
There is still much more that I’d like to see with Scholarship Junkies in terms of utilizing technology and leveraging the community of students who are seeking out scholarship resources. If you are a graphic designer who has experience in creating logos and other materials, please send me your resume and a sampling of your portfolio if you are interested in helping to design a logo for Scholarship Junkies. Also, if you have experience with coding and creating websites and might be interested in helping take Scholarship Junkies to a new level, please send me your resume too and any work samples you have.
Summer is right around the corner, and I’ll be spending some time thinking up new ways to improve the opportunities Scholarship Junkies provides. The Elks National Foundation Cornerstone Grant that Scholarship Junkies received will come in handy as I work on organizing a number of workshops this summer in Seattle. If you’d like to help or have any ideas, please let me know. The future for Scholarship Junkies is looking pretty bright, and we’re barely scratching the surface.
Meanwhile, good luck with finals, and enjoy summer!
Sam
